1. Commis 3.
– Male, maximum 29 years old.
– Min. 1 year experience in 5 Star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant.
– Preferably has experience with Mediterranean cuisine.
– Diploma/degree in hospitality.
– Passionate and able to work well in a team.
– Able to come for an interview and food test in Jakarta.
2. Demi Chef / Chef De Partie.
– Male.
– Min. 3-5 years experience as Demi Chef or Chef De Party 5 Star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant.
– Preferably has experience with Mediterranean cuisine.
– Has a strong creative and leadership skill.
– Able to work well in a team.
– Diploma/degree in hospitality.
– Able to come for an interview and food test in Jakarta.
3. Receptionist.
– Male, maximum 28 years old.
– Able to use Opera system would be a strong advantage.
– Able to work in shifts.
– Great communication and fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
– Have a minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position (work or internship experiences).
– Hospitality education, minimum D3.
– Preferably fluent in Mandarin.
– Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.
– Preferably able to start working in May 2018.
4. Commis – Bakery.
– Male, maximum 29 years old.
– Min. 1-2 years experience in Bakery in a hotel.
– Diploma/degree in hospitality.
– Passionate and able to work well in a team.
– Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.
– Preferably able to start working in May 2018.
