1. Purchasing Officer.

• Male / Female.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Have extensive knowledge about Purchasing computerized system.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Purchasing, preferably in 5-star hotel.
• Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.
• Work well in a team.

2. Restaurant Manager.

• Male / Female.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the same position, preferably in 5-star hotel.
• Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.
• Good communication skill and work well in a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Well groomed and outgoing personality.
• Possessed great management and supervision ability to maintain their team.
• Knowledge of Micros would be a plus.
• Innovative, self-driven, initiative, creative and result oriented.

3. Commis 3 – Butcher.

• Male, maximum 29 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Butcher or Cold Kitchen.
• Diploma/degree in hospitality.
• Passionate and able to work well in a team.
• Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.

4. Chef De Partie – Pastry.

• Male.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Demi Chef or Chef De Party in Pastry Department.
• Has a strong creative and leadership skill.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Diploma/degree in hospitality.
• Able to come for an interview and food test in Jakarta.

5. Receptionist.

• Male, maximum 28 years old.
• Able to use Opera system would be a strong advantage.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Great communication and fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Have a minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position (work or internship experiences).
• Hospitality education, minimum D3.
• Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.

6. Commis – Bakery.

• Male, maximum 29 years old.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Bakery in a hotel.
• Diploma/degree in hospitality.
• Passionate and able to work well in a team.
• Able to come for an interview in Jakarta.
