Doubletree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro is currently searching for these following Candidates:

1. L & D Coordinator.

• Preferably Female, below 30 years old.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality industry.
• Have experience in Training Department in a hotel.
• Have a diploma/degree in hospitality or human resources education.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Fluency in other languages would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and committed to uphold the standard of the Hotel.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Understand the Law and Regulation of Indonesia.

2. Duty Manager.

• Preferably single male below 35 years old.
• Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor in Front Office Department.
• Calm, efficient and organized person.
• Passionate in delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Have a good leadership.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa. Fluency in Chinese and Japanese would be an advantage.
• Good in building rapport with guest.
