General Requirements:

• Male
• Female (2,  3)
• Experience at the same position minimum 1 year at 4* or 5* hotel (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Experience in supervise both restaurant and banquet section (2)
• Experience for kitchen strategic management (1)
• Creative and technology savvy (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Pleasant & presentable
• Strong leadership
• From University with Hospitality major or related background is a good advantage (5, 6)
