Front Desk Agent (Male)

Requirements:

• Maximal 30 years old.
• Candidates Must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / equivalent.
• Requirements language (s): Bahasa Indonesia , English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Strong guest service orientation and training skills background preferred.
• Maintains professional and pleasant body language at all times.
• Excellent team leading skills and team management skills.
• Qualifications not appropriate will not be processed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle check-in check out of guest as per International standard.
• Responsible to handle guest request.
