Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in 5 star hotel level.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role required (for manager level).
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Knowledge of the competitive market.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
