General Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position
– Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Revenue-driven with proven record in upselling, cost control, and service improvement
– Creative and innovative in planning promotions & operational strategies
– Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
– Positive attitude with high commitment to service excellence
– Familiarity with hotel systems (Sentec, or similar) is an advantage
– Able to join immediately
