Frasers Hospitality is looking for dynamic and talented person to fulfill vacant position as follow:

1. Head Chef Sous Chef.
2. Sales Executive.
3. Accounts Receivable.

Requirement:

• Male / Female.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position in Hotel/Service Apartments industry.
• To co-ordinate and prepare in detail all food production for the Hotel’s requirements and ensure a total smooth running of the operation (Head Chef/ Sous Chef).
• Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests (Head Chef/ Sous Chef).
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft word, excel and Power Point).
• Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
• Service Oriented and Good Teamwork.
