Frasers Hospitality is looking for dynamic and talented person to fulfill vacant position as follow:
- Head Chef Sous Chef.
- Sales Executive.
- Accounts Receivable.
Requirement:
- Male / Female.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position in Hotel/Service Apartments industry.
- To co-ordinate and prepare in detail all food production for the Hotel’s requirements and ensure a total smooth running of the operation (Head Chef/ Sous Chef).
- Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests (Head Chef/ Sous Chef).
- Good at both written and spoken English.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft word, excel and Power Point).
- Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
- Service Oriented and Good Teamwork.
