Requirements:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase restaurant revenue, including corporate dining, catering, and event sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, travel agencies, corporate partners, and event organizers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through partnerships and networking.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Handle high-profile client negotiations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
