Job vacancy from Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort – Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort currently looking for potential and qualified candidates to fill up vacant position below :
1. Director of Sales & Marketing.
- The right candidate will have a background in Hotel or Resort Sales and Revenue, well versed in leisure market, MICE and corporate business, on-line e-channels distribution; wholesalers and travel agents, as well traditional off-line international tour operators and local DMC, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to turn any lead in sales and yield opportunity.
- Will possess negotiation skills and ability to deal at high profile and high end level people.
- For the role it’s required to travel national wide and internationally according to the business needs.
- Well skilled in budgeting forecast and follow-ups, with the ability to match the performance to the set budget and departmental goals and creation of new business as well increasing the existing accounts database level.
2. Human Resources Manager.
- The right candidate will have knowledge in training techniques and processes, payroll practices and related local law compliance.
- General administration skills including associates performance analysis, departmental operating manual and SOPs maintenance.
- Selection-interviewing and hiring skills.
- Ability to retain ad develop talents, develop manage and maintain departmental budget, hotel manning guide and associates status records.
- Deliver departmental monthly reposts and payroll accuracy.
Candidates Profile and Responsibilities :
Both positions are open for male or female, young individuals with a natural leadership, extrovertly and enthusiasm, positive person with energy and abilities to think out of the box, a task achiever and self-organized. With high school diploma or degree from accredited University, 3 years’ experience in their field of expertise at management and operational level in 5 star Hotels or Resort in Indonesia, international exposure and experience will be a plus.
» Both individuals for both positions they should have excellent communication skills and fluent in English; spoken and written, work under pressure and out of office hour when require. A committed person to company’s goals, target and objectives. The role includes Duty Manager Performance according to the monthly MOD roster.
