Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya – We are seeking highly potential and experienced individuals to fulfill the following positions below:

1. Assistant FB Manager (AFBM)
2. Butcher Daily Worker (BTH – DW)

General Requirement:

• Male
• One year experience with same position
• Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued, warm and caring personality
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team, high motivation and strong in physical

Specific Requirement for AFBM:

• 4-5 stars hotel experience minimum 2 years at the same position
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
