Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya – We are seeking highly potential and experienced individuals to fulfil the following positions below:

1. Chef de Partie Western (CDP)
2. Banquet Operational Manager (BOM)

General Requirement:

• 4-5 stars hotel experience min 2 years at the same position
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Specific Requirement for CDP:

• Focus on Western Food

Specific Requirement for BOM:

• Ability to read, and understand BEOs and Diagrams
• Well-rounded experience in banquets, outlets and all areas of the food & beverage field
• Work well under pressure and be able to think on your feet
