Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource field.
• Have experience on handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring)
• Have experience on handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP & KPI.
• Have experience in industrial relation and external relation will be advantage.
• Detail oriented, multitasking, and have a good communication.
• Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system.)
• Experience on using HRIS will be advantage.
• Can join as soon as possible.
