Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree’s in Hotel and Restaurant.
- Minimum 4 (four) years experience at related position at 4 or 5 star Hotel.
- Strong personality, organize, has leadership skills.
- Able to build good lasting relationship with others especially Customers.
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverages Outlets, to deliver an Excellent guest and member experience.
Responsible for optimizing sales and maximizing FEB Revenue in Order to, Earn Profit to cover the given budget.
