Hotel Grand Mercure is a five stars hotel and Ibis Yogyakarta Adi Sucipto is a three stars hotel managed by AccorHotels International Company, which adjacent to the most urban shopping mall in the city.
Grand Mercure & ibis Yogyakarta Adisucipto are looking for:
- Head Chef.
- Chef De Cuisine.
- All Day Dining Sous Chef.
- Commis (Pastry, Butcher, Hot & Cold Kitchen).
- Room Division Manager.
- Duty Manager.
- Duty Engineer.
- Training Coordinator.
- Sales Executive / Banquet Sales.
Specific Requirement:
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in the position in a Upscale commercial hotel environtment.
- Able to create positive and effective working relationship with both guest and ambassadors.
- Suitably qualified in hospitality or bussines management.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English communication (additional languanges advantageous).
- Entepreneurial and innovative, able to make a difference to the Guest Experience, Ambassador’s commitment and bussiness effectiveness.
