- Banquet Operation Manager / Assistant.
- EDP / IT (Preferably experience with VHP System).
- Chef De Partie & Commis (Western).
- Banquet Waiter.
- Bellboy (Daily Worker).
General Requirements :
- A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience at the same functions, preferably in 4 star Hotels (for Manager level).
- Proficient with a computer, additional POS and catering software experience.
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge of various type of equipment and service styles.
