Senior Sous Chef

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in Western in Regional / International Hotel Chains (D3 / S1 / Bachelor Degree).
  • Experience in A La Carte and Buffet presentation.
  • Creative and Innovative.
  • Team Leader, Team Player and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work inn a very busy environment.
  • HACCP, FIFO, Kitchen Terminology Knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Food Management, Food Costing, Standard Recipes.
  • Highly motivated individual.
  • A “can do” attitude to delight, exceed guest’s expectation and passion in cooking.
  • Able to communicate in English.
