Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in Western in Regional / International Hotel Chains (D3 / S1 / Bachelor Degree).
- Experience in A La Carte and Buffet presentation.
- Creative and Innovative.
- Team Leader, Team Player and self-motivated.
- Ability to work inn a very busy environment.
- HACCP, FIFO, Kitchen Terminology Knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Food Management, Food Costing, Standard Recipes.
- Highly motivated individual.
- A “can do” attitude to delight, exceed guest’s expectation and passion in cooking.
- Able to communicate in English.
