Sales Executive (Female)

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Any kind of Bachelor’s Degree would be preferable but is not a must – major in Marketing a plus.

2. Language Skills:

• Indonesian, English.
• Excellent communication skill.

3. Personality Quality:

• Courteous, helpful, well groomed, honest, enthusiastic, creative, organiser, self-motivated, hand-on, eye for detail.
• Must demonstrate a certain energy and hunger, pleasant, people person, able to adapt to rapid changes, calm under pressure, career oriented.

4. Special Responsibilities:

• Flexible (long) working hours, working on weekends, public holidays and on call.
• Constantly reachable via HP and / or e mail.
• Fast and accurate follow ups.

5. Work Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in an at least 3 star hotels in the same position.
• Preferable has experience in selling MICE.

6. Special Skills:

• Sales & Marketing Plan.
• Knowledge of top accounts.
• Understand rate parity.
• Good administrative skills.
• Fluent and confident communicator.
