The Hill Resort & Grand Mutiara Hotel is currently seeking an experienced:
- Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Sales & Marketing Executive.
Core Responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Identify new markets and business opportunity and increase sales.
- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
- Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conduct & participate in daily sales calls to acquire new potential business and/or close on business.
- Arrange site inspection trips to hotel by clients.
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop long term business relationships.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Able to support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings, activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc.
- Develops relationship within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Requirements:
- Good Communications (Negotiation) Skills .
- Have database (Corporate, Government & Event Organizer).
- Understand about Hotel products.
- Dynamic and Self – motivated.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hotel.
- Able to work with predetermined targets.
- Attractive, honest and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure either in team or individual.
