- Human Resource Manager
- Human Resource Coordinator
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, max 38 years old
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- Preferably have 2 – 3 years experience in the same position
- Have a good leadership and communication skill
- Good knowledge in Labor Law and Employement equity regulations
- Knowledge of a board range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensastion and benefit, performance management, safety, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.
- Experience with the human resource information system
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality, hospitality oriented and good integrity
- Works well under pressure and meets tights deadlines
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
