Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience at CDP/Sous Chef level.
- International experience/Japanese cuisine experience is strongly advantageous.
- Experience of working in 5 star operation or the equivalents.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Able to perform under high pressure, busy kitchen operation.
