Hotel Ambhara Jakarta is currently looking for:
1. Front Desk Agent.
- Female with minimum 1 year experience at the same position.
- Minimum education: Diploma.
- Good Personality and Appearance.
- Hotel industrial background only.
- Guest Oriented.
- Excellent Command in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate.
2. Guest Relations Officer (GRO).
- Review arrival lists to welcome guest.
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral.
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Offer assistance with certain tasks.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Front Office Manager when needed.
- Record information in the logbook daily.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
