General Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with end-to-end engineering project (especially for hotel industry, high-rise building, etc.)
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
- Proactive, passionate, self-driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service
2. Sales Department
- Sales Manager (Corporate)
- Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate)
General Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotel
- Familiar with corporate segmentation
- Chain hotel experience is preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
- Passionate, detailed, self-driven and able to deliver a high level of service

General Qualification:
- Have Bachelor Degree of Occupational Safety and Health or related major
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position
- Familiar with safety & security regulations and certified ISO 45001
- Conversational English is required
