5. Fluency in English and Bahasa written and spoken (GRO)

8. Minimum 1 years experience in same position at reputable hotel (GRO)
9. Minimum 2 years experience in same position at reputable hotel (ACE)
10. Understanding about AC, Sound, Electrical, and Civil Work (ACE)
