Front Desk Agent

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Understand upscale service and the expectations of upscale guest.
• Having good performance & pleasant personalities.
• Excellent communicator with fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English in both verbal and writing.
• Having at least one year experience in similar position in 3 or 4 stars hotel capacity.
• Having right Attitude towards the roles & responsibilities.
• Able to create positive and effective working relationship with both Guests & Talents (employees).
• Helps meet the department’s quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
