Hotel Gran Mahakam is a charming five-stars boutique hotel pleasantly located in the heart of South Jakarta, in close proximity to both the business district and entertainment hubs where shopping mall, restaurant, and café are abound.
We provide 158 elegantly furnished rooms, international restaurant, bar & lounge, banquet venues, spa and rooftop swimming pool, crafting a European-baroque-style architecture warmth, comfort and ease like your second home.
We currently seek for a good qualified individuals to join us for the following critical position, detail is follow :
1. Sales Manager
2. Night Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Manager
· To achieve sales target
· To maintain realationship with existing clients
· To introduce the hotel and get new clients
· To exceed clients expectations
· To assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel
· To work closely with rooms, food and beverage and other revenue – generating department
2. Night Manager
To become primary hotel PIC, responsible for the overnight management of the hotel during night time.
Oversee all sales transactions of front office and food and beverage outlets and record any variances.
Complete check-ins/outs of guests overnight.
Oversee any room service orders.
Produce a number of revenue and tracking reports.
Ensure security and safety of the hotel at all times.
Assist in reception and reservations to make guest bookings overnight.
Other tasks which may rise while on duty.
Requirement:
Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
Strong Leadership
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to operate Hotel System (OPERA)
Good computer literacy skills
Self-motivation with the ability to work on own
