EXECUTIVE CHEF
Responsible:
Ensure the consistency of production and presentation quality food according established standards. Planning and determining menu, developing recipes as well as directing and supervising all food processing by Food and Beverage Production team.
Special Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in 3/4 stars hotel.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Having working knowledge of various computer software programs (POS).
- Excellent record of kitchen Management.
