IZE Seminyak is looking for an energetic individual with highly motivated to work in Hospitality Management.

We’re looking for:

1. Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, and agents.
  • Schedule shifts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies.
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies.
  • Ensure proper mail distribution.
  • Prepare and monitor front office budget.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Online reputation reviews.
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
  • Hands on experience with office machines.
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma Or Bachelor degree and additional certification is a plus.
  • Can speak other language is a plus.

2. Apprentice Guest Assistant.

Responsible:

  • To maintain the reception.
  • Responsible for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere in the public areas by controlling and monitoring heating, lighting, music/tv.
  • Deal with any guest queries/complaints in a polite and friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • All complaints, comments, special requests and other business are to be recorded in the daily handover log.
  • To ensure that handover procedures are followed by reading/writing the handover log daily and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • To ensure that all guest lost properties are correctly reported/logged.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service/Communication Skills.
  • Being able to problem solve with a customer.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1 year experienced.
  • Preferably Male.
