- Spa Manager.
- F&B Outlet Manager.
- Executive Housekeeper.
- Pastry Chef.
- Beverage Manager.
- E-Commerce Manager.
- Guest Service Agent (German Speaker).
- Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker).
- Reception (FO / Daily Worker).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
- Minimum 2 years experience at the same position.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills when dealing with problems in pressure situations.
- Fluent in German / Mandarin communication (GSA).
- Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build team morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills (Management Lvl).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well in environment with time constraints, and troubleshoot effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and familiar with 5* hotel SOP.
