Hotel Pesonna Surabaya is currently looking for A qualified Applicant to fill the position of:

1. Executive Chef.

  • Male, maximum in 35 years old.
  • Hotel education background Minimum D1.
  • Having experience as Executive chef minimum 2 year.
  • Having Certificate of competence.
  • Managing (Cost, Kitchen, Food Knowledge Indo, China, Europa).
  • Dedicated to your tasks.
  • Honest, Loyalty and hard worker.Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Applicants must willing to work in Surabaya  .

2. Chef De Partie.

  • Male
  • Hotel education background.
  • Having experience as Chef De Partie minimum 2 year
  • Managing (Kitchen Administrasi, Cost, Food Knowledge “Indonesian, Chinese)
  • Team Work, Honest, Loyalty and hard worker
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Applicants must willing to work in Surabaya.

3. Demi Chef.

  • Male.
  • Hotel education background.
  • Having experience as Demi Chef minimum 1 year.
  • Managing (Kitchen Administrasi, Cost, Food Knowledge Indonesian, Chinese).
  • Team Work, Honest, Loyalty and hard worker.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Applicants must willing to work in Surabaya.
