The General Qualification of the Candidates are as follows:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree from relevant education background (Hotel or Vocational School).
• Good Grooming and Hospitable, Highly Committed with Pleasant and Honest Personality.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field and same position.
• Experienced or Previously Senior Front Desk Agent or Supervisor (1).
• Have been working in hotels.
