2. Previous experience in a similar role in 4 stars hotel/restaurant/bar at least 1 year
3. Self motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
4. Strong leadership with good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and administration skills
5. Tactful, self-confident, passionate, and poised
6. Languange proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian
