Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all F&B operations (restaurant, bar, banquet)
- Maintain service standards & product quality
- Develop menus & F&B promotional strategies
- Motivate and manage the F&B team to deliver excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B leadership (hotel/restaurant)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and guest-oriented
- Able to work with targets and flexible working hours
