1. Proven track record as a Director of Human Resources in 5 star-rated International Hotel.
2. Must possess humility, positive drive, strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure and is a transformation leader.
3. Proficiency in English is a must.

5. The job title reports directly to the Corporate General Manager of the hotel.
