Sales Executives / Product Developer
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years’ experienced in product retail sales and retails e-commerce.
· Possess a network of hotels & restaurants / hospitality operators and decision makers.
· Conduct local market research to identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish contact with the potential leads.
· Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide expert advice on merchandise in terms of product assortment, details, costing, pricing and taste.
· Propose suitable products and provide quotation.
· Highly passionate about organic products/farm to table products, and passion in premium food and beverage products.
· Work with the team to create interesting products and packaging to optimize sales.
· Skilled in social media content creation and understand latest trends in product photography.
· Follow up with customers from quotation to final payment.
· Maintain and develop high quality customer service by providing support, information and guidance.
· Responsible for all sales activities.
· Fluency in English.
· Placement in Bali but willing to travel and meet the potential client in any location.
· Extremely result driven, highly organized, and math-savvy.
Junior Graphic Designer
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in creative multimedia or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome.
· Have a good taste sense of Tugu’s DNA and our tagline: the art, soul and romance of Indonesia.
· Skills in videography & video edit is a must.
· Photo taking and video taking are part of the job.
· Creative & always keep up with design trends.
· Age below 30 years.
· Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, after effect, etc.
· Team player with positive attitudes and able to work efficiently and effectively under fast paced and tight deadlines.
· Applicants must be willing to work in mobile environment.
Barista / Coffee Roaster
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
· Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
· Exceptional listening and communication skills.
· Ability to walk, and stand for extended periods.
· Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
· A polite, engaging personality.
· Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
· Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
· Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
· Packaging food and beverages for sale.
· Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
· Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
· Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
· Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
· Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
· Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
· Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Maintenance & Engineering Daily Worker
Requirements:
· Must have minimum 2 years experienced in hospitality/food & beverage venues.
· Must have detailed understanding of kitchen equipment, electricity & lighting, air conditioning, sound system and computers.
· Must be perfectionist, organized, discipline and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Administration
Requirements:
· Has knowledge in sales, marketing, purchasing, good English level, hard worker, smart and willing to learn.
· Computer literates, able to operate Microsoft Office.
· Minimum 2 years experienced in the same position.
