1. DIRECTOR OF ROOMS.lokerhotel.com
Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 3 years work experience as Director of Rooms in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.lokerhotel.com
2. SECURITY MANAGER.lokerhotel.com
Requirements:lokerhotel.com
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.lokerhotel.com
3. CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY.lokerhotel.com
Requirements:lokerhotel.com
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.lokerhotel.com
- Basic computer skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.lokerhotel.com
4. SPA ATTENDANT.lokerhotel.com

- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
