Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking the best and brightest to fill the following positions:
1. DIRECTOR OF ROOMS.
Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership.
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 3 years work experience as Director of Rooms in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER ROOMS.
Requirement:
- Strong in leadership skills.
- Strong in administration skills.
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Front Office at Assistant Manager level.
3. HEALTH CLUB RECEPTIONIST.
Requirements:
- Female
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience on hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
4. BARTENDER.
Requirements:
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
- Good bar skills, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
5. COMMIS.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
- Having basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.
