- Security Manager.
- Bar Manager.
- Sous Chef – Pastry.
- Sales Secretary.
- Front Office Clerk.
- Purchasing Clerk.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (2, 3, 5,7).
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security (1).
- Minimum 2 years work experience in larger operation or hotel operations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
- Basic knowledge in Purchasing/Receiving/Store management, Account preferable (6).
- Preferably with experience in luxury international brands (1,2,3).
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential (3).
- Good customer service, communication, problem solving,administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
- Excellent in English (both verbal and written) (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
