Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking The Best and Brightest Personnel to fill the following position:

1. JAPANESE – GUEST RELATION OFFICER.

• Great personality.
• Excellence Japanese and English both spoken and written.
• Had a related educational background.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

2. COMMIS.

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
• Great personality.
• Good English both spoken and written.

3. FB MANAGER.

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Great personality.
• Excellence English both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.

4. WAITER/WAITRESS FOR BAR.

• Great personality.
• Excellence English both spoken and written.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

5. BARTENDER.

• Good bar skills
• Great personality.
• Good English both spoken and written.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

6. HYGIENE OFFICER.

• Great personality.
• Excellence English both spoken and written.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hygiene and Food Safety management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience.
