Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking the best and brightest to fill following positions:
- Front Office Clerk.
- Waiter.
- Commis.
- Sous Chef – Pastry.
- Secretary.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards (4).
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations. (1, 2, 3, 5).
- Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential (2,3,4).
- Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe maintenance system is preferred (4).
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
- Good understanding of selling techniques and knowledge (1, 2).
- Excellent in English (both verbal and written) (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
- Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email (5).
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary or Senior Clerk in a hotel or big company (5).
