Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking the best and the brightest to fill the following positions:

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER – FRONT OFFICE (NOT AN ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER)

  • Male.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

2. SALES EXECUTIVE.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive in a hotel.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and knowledge.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

3. EVENTS PLANNING EXECUTIVE.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive in a hotel.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.

4. ACCOUNTING CLERK.

  • Certificate or qualification in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • 2-4 years work experience as Accounts Clerk in a hotel or similar large organisation or accounting firm desirable.
  • Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Good English (both verbal and written).
