1. Assistant FO Manager.
2. Head Chef.

Requirements:

• Male (mandatory for No. 2) or Female.
• Maximum age 40 years old.
• Experienced in the same position at minimum 3* chain hotel for at least 2 years.
• Strong leadership and mature.
• Familiar with HACCP audit (No. 2).
