Chief Engineering (CE)
Requirements are:
- Minimum 3 years experience at the same position in 4/5 star International Chain Hotel
- Excellent knowledge in managing maintenance facility which include building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC System, Powerplant, STP and energy conservation
- Experience in handling AC Chiller System
- Perform quality control check and able to ensure safety and effectiveness of system
- Strong government relation and experience in handling license as well comply to government regulation
- Strong channel with vendors for hotel equipment and machine maintenance
- Experience in handling project development in hotel
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and writing
