IZE Seminyak is looking for an energetic individual with highly motivated to work in Hospitality Management for position below:

1. Japanese Guest Relation

• Japanese Nationality only (Work permit will provide by employer).
• Experience/Basic in hospitality management (open for fresh-graduation as well).
• Ability to listen and respond to Japanese Guest needs/demands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service.
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
• Fluent in English; writing & speaking is preferable.
• Can speak Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and direct Japanese Guests who enter the lobby area.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
• Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage, record and resolve promptly Guest or customer complaints.
• Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained for Reception, Lobby area and Lounge.

2. Engineering Trainee – 2 Position.

• Length of service 6 months.
• Open from school / university.
• Positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic.
• Preferably Male.
• Good knowledge at technical.
• Will responsible to assist in producing technical details, using knowledge of engineering materials and installation techniques.

3. Accounting Trainee – 1 Position.

• Length of service 6 months.
• Open from school / university.
• Positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic.
• Preferably Male.
• Good knowledge at Accounting.
• Will responsible to Asst. Finance Controller, report, and store keeper.

4. Housekeeping Trainee – 4 Position.

• Length of service 6 months.
• Open from school / university.
• Positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic.
• Preferably 2 gents, 2 ladies.
• Good knowledge at housekeeping.

5. Personal Assistant to Manager – 1 Position.

• Length of service 6 months.
• Open from school / university.
  Positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic.
• Preferably Female.
• Main responsibilities Assist the General Manager & Corporate Director of Marketing, ensuring the proper filing of all internal & external documents, takes care of the mail & other communications, online reputation and the organisation of all internal (hotel/lifestyle retreats) and external professional relations of her manager.
