Jakarta Airport Hotel is located in the departure Terminal 2E of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta Airport Hotel is a strategic resting place for travelers waiting for their next flight or just for those who need a well-deserved rest after a long flight. This hotel consists of 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, as well as a restaurant and smoking lounge; all facing the splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently looking for candidates for BARTENDER.
Job Description:
-Receives orders from patrons and waitstaff
-Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
-Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar
-Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized
-Complete the daily inventory of beverages, when the bar is open and make order list according to par stock.
-Other related responsibilities that may be delegated according to daily needs
Criteria:
-Min. of 2 years of experience in the same position
-Wide range of knowledge about alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
-Fluent in English is a MUST
-Customer service, service excellence, upselling skills
-Able to join immediately
-Willing to be relocated to Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
