Jakarta Airport Hotel is located in the departure Terminal 2E of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta Airport Hotel is a strategic resting place for travelers waiting for their next flight or just for those who need a well-deserved rest after a long flight. This hotel consists of 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, as well as a restaurant and smoking lounge; all facing the splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently looking for candidates for FRONT DESK AGENT / NIGHT AUDIT
Job Description:
Responsible for all check-in and check-out processes
Handling guest complaints and/or feedbacks, as well as provide prompt response.
Handling telephone calls and emails
Promoting and actively supporting hotel facilities by doing upselling
Responsible for managing cash cashier during shift
Ensuring arrival, departure, and pick-up processes run smoothly
Balancing all payment cash, CC, and city ledger. Reconcile outlet bills and room guest bill
Ensure shuttle service, wake up call, and breakfast box requests to run smoothly
Other related responsibilities that may be delegated according to operational needs
Criteria:
At least 2 (two) years of related experience at the front desk, preferably at 4-stars hotel or above
Able to work under pressure in a flexible working environment
Previous experience with Realta Rhapsody is preferred
Fluent in English orally and in writing
Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented, excellent customer service skills, honest and disciplined
Willing to be relocated at Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
