- Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position, preferably in 5* hotel (1,2,3).
- Minimum 1 years experiences in similar position, preferably in 5* hotel (4,7,8).
- Have a strong knowledge in OPERA (1).
- Excellent English communication (speak & write) and other foreign language is preferable.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.
- Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
- Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge.
- Has high commitment to the job.
- Able adapt new environment.
