General Qualifications:
1. Director of Sales (Cluster).
Bachelor Degree and At least has similar position for 2 years or above and has data based of OFFTA that can impact the business beside of OTA capabilities.
2. Sales Manager.
Bachelor Degree or Has similar experience at least for two years and has capabilities for multiple tasking and knowledge about OTA or E-Commerce.
3. Guest Service Manager.
Bachelor Degree or Diploma and At least has strong back ground in guest service (Front Office) and Room Division for two years and preferred has Experiences or knowledge for Butler Service.
4. Restaurant Manager.
At least Diploma Degree and has similar position in Boutique Resort and has strong knowledge about F&B.
5. Assistant HRM (Female).
Bachelor or Diploma Degree and at least two years experience at the same position and preferred has pre opening recruitment experience.
6. Chef De Cuisine.
Bachelor degree in culinary arts or related hospitality at least two years experiences at the same position, creative and proficient in all aspect of food preparation can maintain complete control of the kitchen and team members.
7. Spa Manager.
At least diploma degree and has two years experience at the same position, capabilities for multiple tasking especially for handling yoga, can manage and motivate the Spa team to ensure they are trained and maintain high levels of service, product and treatments.
