1. DIRECTOR OF CULINARY.
Responsible in achieving Food and Beverage Revenue; working with e various Chefs and Restaurant Manager, he sets the concept and the direction for each of the outlets, is responsible for designing the menus and harnessing the resources to ensure that the outlets’ financial, product service targets are met.
2. EXECUTIVE CHEF.
Keep aware of trends on the system, practice and equipment for Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant industry through trade literature and actual visits.
