Kumpul Kumpul Villa (www.kumpul-kumpul.com) is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:

Reservation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering inquiries from guests via emails, OTA extranets, telephone, website regarding prices, villa availability and basic information about the villa.
• Managing channel manager – calendar, pricing and promotions.
• Managing OTA extranets and vacation rental calendars (e.g Airbnb etc) – calendar, pricing and promotions.
• Monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English language both oral and written is necessary. This position requires written and oral communication in English language with guests so fluency is a must.
• Experience in hospitality industry is preferred. Previous job experience in handling OTAs extranet, channel manager, answering emails in positions such as Reservations, Front Office Desk, ECommerce etc in villa, villa management or travel agent is highly valued. Candidates without OTAs and system experience will be trained.
• Pleasant personality, meticulous, team player and ability to solve issues efficiently. Female, age 23 and above, is preferred. Male are welcomed to apply.
• 6 working days a week, 1 year contract.

Education Requirement:

• Minimum D3 and above with approximately 2 years of experience in hospitality / travel industry. Lower than D3 is acceptable with more than 3 years of experience.
